Return & Refund Policies
* Due to the nature of our products, we don’t have a policy to exchange our products but if we are not able to deliver your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account within 15 days. Please contact our customer support team – thbc@thehonneybees.com and we will refund it back to your account. Refunds would be done via Bank Transfer / Gpay / Paytm / Phonepay So it’s a humble request to our clients to please verify & check the order details before finalizing the order.
* If any item is missing from your order as per the bill, then an unboxing video is mandatory at the time of delivery and opening the parcel so that we can send our items in your next order or refund the same within 15 days time period.
* We cannot be held responsible for items damaged, broken, cracked, lost, or mishandled by the courier services.
